The SEI Strengths Report (SR) is a quick and accurate snapshot of your emotional intelligence assets. The SR shows your top 3 EQ strengths and provides insight to help you make the most of your skills.

Within 24 hours after submitting your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the code to access your on-line SEI Assessment. Once completed, we will contact you to schedule your phone debriefing with Dr. Pat Gangi.

Full SEI with Debrief

In-depth assessment of your EQ competence with roadmap and guidance for development

  • For a comprehensive assessment and detailed report of your competence in all eight areas of the Six Seconds EQ-in-Action model, you can take either the Development Report (for all audiences) or the Leadership Report (business focus). In either case, you'll get interpretation of your EQ scores plus suggestions for developing and applying your EQ skills.
  • Includes a 1:1 debrief by phone with Dr. Pat Gangi. A live debrief provides much greater insight into your results and Dr. Pat will help you develop an effective, personalized action plan.
